Where do I park?

There is limited on-street parking on Abbeydale Road. We recommend the multi-storey at the Moor (10-minute walk) or Q-Park Rockingham Street.

How do I get here by public transport?

First Bus routes 24, 25, 43 and 97 all stop directly on Abbeydale Road. The nearest tram stop is Sheffield Station / Sheaf Square — a 15-minute walk to the northern end of the trail.

Which venues are step-free?

Most venues offer step-free access to the main bar area. Each venue detail page lists specific accessibility notes and accessible toilet availability.

Are there quiet spaces?

The Abbeydale Ballroom mezzanine and The Sheaf View lower garden are marked as quieter areas throughout the festival.

Where is HQ?

Festival HQ is at the Abbeydale Ballroom on Abbeydale Road. It is open 12:00–23:00 every day of the festival.

Do I collect my stamp card there?

Accepted Answer

Yes — pick up a free stamp card at HQ any time from Thursday 12:00. You can also collect at any Beer Stop.

How does the trail work?

Fifteen Beer Stops and up to five Wild Cards across the four days. Get your card stamped at each. Bring the completed card to Abbeydale Ballroom to claim your free signed Mila K print.

Do I have to buy a beer at every stop?

Accepted Answer

No. A soft drink, a coffee, a bar snack — any purchase counts for a stamp. If you're driving or off the beer, you can still complete the trail.

What's the North vs South vote?

Every venue pours one Northern brewery and one Southern brewery. Cast your vote on the venue page after you've tried them. One vote per venue, and results feed the festival-wide leaderboard on the homepage.

What's a Beer Stop?

A Beer Stop is one of fifteen venues selected for its beer programme — a curated cask and keg list with one featured Northern brewery and one featured Southern brewery.

What's a Wild Card?

The five Wild Card venues are chosen for something unexpected — a rare import list, a one-off collab, or a genuinely weird pop-up. Any five of your stamps can come from Wild Cards.

Preorders are ready for collection from Festival HQ at Abbeydale Ballroom any time during festival hours (30 July – 2 August).

Preorders are collection-only and non-refundable, but if there's a fit or fault issue please email us within 14 days and we'll swap the size.

Most venues call last orders at 22:45, with a few (Picture House Social, Heist) running until 02:00 on Friday and Saturday.
